2) Your device should be active at least 50 days in sprint network and then deattached from sprint account.

5) Strictly No Refund for orders with LOST/STOLEN, statuses and wrong carriers. Do not send junk plz.

NOTE:  If your IMEI was rejected, the possible reasons are: MVNO,  UNPAID, LOST,  Less 50 days active. You can check by described above"USA Sprint Eligibility Test".

Please don't ask the details, and do not resubmit rejected IMEIs, because sometimes sprint can deny in unlock by internal reasons.

Do not submit IMEI that was unlocked (and then relocked) with iPhone WorldWide Service. You can spot that in GSX Check report with weird "Applied Activation PolicyID: PEDT9ZZGsy38Nin9JHSKFp" and/or "Next & Initial Policy" looking like an IMEI Number. No refund if you submit such device and complaint the phone is relocked !
